1/2 Cup of self raising flour
1/2 Cup of vanilla protein powder
3/4 Cup of rolled oats
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 Cup of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of honey
100g Of unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons of grape seed oil
To start, preheat your oven to 180
degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, oats sugar and baking powder together and create a well in the centre to pour in the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, add the honey and unsalted butter together and put into the microwave.
Heat for around 1 minute or until the butter and honey have melted.
Once the butter and honey are melted, pour into the well of the dry ingredients and stir
thoroughly. Now to add in the oil and roll into small sized balls and place onto the tray.
Press down firmly on each ball with a fork to form into a biscuit shape. Pop into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
